    • Maria (Mariah) Smith Collins was baptized on February 28, 1664 at the First Congregational Church in Ipswich, Essex County, Massachusetts. She was the daughter of John and Elizabeth Smith.

    She married Joseph Collins on October 15, 1684 in Lynn. Their children and life together are described in the section on Joseph and Sarah Collins.
    Lady Day Before 1752 the year began on March 25th. Dates between January 1st and March 24th were at the end of the year, not the beginning.
