    • Martha Collins Odell was born April 1, 1700 in Lynn, Essex County, Massachusetts. She was the daughter of Joseph Collins and Maria Smith.

    According to the First Book of Intentions of Marriage in the City of Lynn copied by John T. Moulton, she married William Odell of Marblehead on December 24, 1720 in Lynn.
    Lady Day Before 1752 the year began on March 25th. Dates between January 1st and March 24th were at the end of the year, not the beginning.
