2 table spoon corn starch level
1/3 or more cup sugar
juice 1/2 lemon
juice 1/2 orange
1 cup boing water

cook until thick

pour on the stiff beaten whites of 2 large or 3 small eggs

Beat yolks

add 1/3 cup sugar
2/3 cup (more 3/4) of milk
salt
& flavor 1/2 tea s vanilla
1/2 t.s. lemon

put first mixture (when cold) in sherbert glasses & add second mixture
