John Blevins |

John (Jack) Blevins was born about 1716. His father was William Blevins. Catherine Blevins (1735, married Elisha Wallen, Jr.), Before 1740, he went on long hunting expeditions to Virginia, North Carolina, Tennessee and Kentucky with his father and brothers. In 1767 John Blevins (son of Daniel Blevins), John Blevins, Sr., Dillon, and James Jr. appeared on the tax list in Pittsylvania County, Virginia. John died about 1805 in Sullivan County, Tennessee.
