1 lb tillomook cheese melt butter but do not brown cut cheese and stir constantly untill creamy then put in cream continue stirring untill smooth add egg last which has already been beaten and mixed with the seasonings and stir this into the melted cheese stir till all is creamy be sure to put egg in last and have a very low fire serve on crackers or toast any left over are good next day.
