4 cups sliced raw Potatoes
1 tablespoon butter
2 tablespoon flour
1 1/2 teaspoon salt, pepper
1 cup evaporated milk and water mixed
place layer of potatoes in a buttered dish
dot with butter
sprinkle with flour, salt & pepper
repeat
Pour diluted milk over all
bake in a moderate oven until Potatoes are done
