Sausage Stockage

  
 

 

  
 

brown 4 slices pineapple in 2 tablespoons fat

combine 2 cups mashed cooked or canned yams

3/4 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoon sugar
pepper
5 tablespoons milk
3 tablespoon melted butter

mound on pineapple

brush with 1 tablespoon butter

brown under broiler

fry 1 lb cocktail sausage until done

arrange around yams or sweet potatoe

serves 4.
