Rice Meat Balls

  
 

 

  
 

1 lb ground round
1/2 cup raw rice
1 egg
onion minced if desired
salt
1/2 cup hot milk

mix all together

shape in balls

drop in about 2 qts boiling salt water

cook till rice is done about 20 min.

serve with gravy or tomatoes sauce

water can be used for soup.
