Make gelatine and let cool (but not set)
add pineapple cut in cubes or tiny pieces
some apple
orange
nut meats
celery
raw carrots

let set untill firm and unmold.

use lemon or pineapple Royal gelatine follow directions except use pineapple juice and a little water to make up the amount needed.

Just in case Aunt Pit didn't include the details of using powdered gelatin, here they are:
Sprinkle gelatin on cold liquid.
Let stand for 5 to 10 minutes.
Add warm liquid or heat gently.
Stir until dissolved.
