Beat 1 cup sugar white or Brown with 1/2 Cup of Butter.

When creamed add 1 egg white Beaten stiff.

1 Table spoon Brandy

1/2 tea spoon nut-meg

Aunt Pit wasn't afraid to use raw eggs. If you are worried about salmonella, substitute pasteurized or powdered eggs.
