Coconut Frosted Orange Sponge Cake |

1 9-inch tube cake |

2 whole eggs
Beat 2 whole eggs and 2 egg yolks until frothy pour batter into ungreased 9-inch tube pan and bake in moderate oven 350 for 1 hr or until done. Invert cake on rack and allow to stand until cool before removing from pan. While cake is cooling soak coconut in orange rind and juice. Spread cake with frosting and cover with drained coconut
