Castilian Pudding |

|
soak 1 envelope knox geletine in 1/2 cup cold water melt 2 squares of unsweetened chocolate in 4 tablespoon boiling water then add 3/4 cup sugar & 3/4 cup boiling water & boil 5 minutes remove from fire add geletine Let cool till it starts to thicken add 1 tea s. vanilla & 4 table s. cold water add 3 eggs whites well beaten.
